Every Wedding is different, be it venues, decor, timings, suppliers and much more.. so planning your big day should be your choice!
Wedding Suppliers
There are thousands of wedding suppliers across the UK from Photographers to Photobooths and Candy Carts to Chocolate Fountains - there is a real mix of great ideas for your big day. We work closely with hundreds of suppliers who we recommend to offer a fantastic service for your wedding day.
Wedding Plans
Whilst I'm a Wedding Photographer... The first thing you need to do is choose a venue/registrar - have a look around at a few different venues, and when you know.. you know ! Then consider dates (usually Saturday is the most expensive date for venues), so if you are on a tighter budget - consider a Friday/Sunday or even a mid-week wedding.
The Wedding Day
I have one BIG TIP ! Take as much of your wedding day in as you can.. it will go so fast ! Your Photographer is there to not just capture the main parts of the day, but capture the fun and laughter of your guests, the wedding decor, the room planner and much more.. A good photographer will also ensure your day flows well (with conversations of the key moments with your venue & DJ)...So - when your photographs are ready, you can sit back and re-live your day (maybe with a bottle of wine and some choccies).
Every wedding is different as we have said before
BUT - there are lots of similarities.. so lets have a look at some ideas of a wedding day from Bridal Preparations to 1st Dance.
Congratulations to the happy couple. Its usally time for a post-ceremony drinks reception, your guests will want to congratulate you and then we have usually arranged the post-ceremony group photographs (as many or as few as you wish), and maybe the happy couples want some photographs taken away from the group too.
Lots of things going on before the 1st dance & cake cut depending on your timings for the day - but can include the wedding breakfast, speeches, music playing, lots of drinks, and nibbles maybe.. until the time to cut that cake and have the first dance with your new wife or husband. Your photographer is usually there to capture your 1st dance and cake cut.
